4th NFDI4Chem Workshop in Limburg
A key aim of this workshop is to agree on a “canon” of recommended chemistry-related ontologies for metadata annotation of FAIR research data. By “canon”, we mean a set of widely accepted, interoperable ontologies that can be used reliably across the chemistry community.

6th SaxFDM-Tagung in Dresden
Over two days, there will be discussions about FDM success stories in a variety of interactive formats, explore approaches for integrating FDM into teaching, and examine how research data management, machine learning and artificial intelligence influence each other and how data can be better shared across sectors. In addition, the future of our SaxFDM state initiative and highlight needs, successes and development potential will be examined.

NFDI4DS Conference 2025
The vision of NFDI4DS is to support all steps of the complex and interdisciplinary research data lifecycle, including collecting/creating, processing, analyzing, publishing, archiving, and reusing resources in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. The overarching objective of NFDI4DS is the development, establishment, and sustainment of a national research data infrastructure (NFDI) for the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence community in Germany.
