This year again, Base4NFDI and the funded basic services want to get into discussion with you, our users.
This year again, Base4NFDI and the funded basic services want to get into discussion with you, our users.
The aim of the event is
to present the basic services and the progress of their work, to shed
light on the development and sustainable operation of research
infrastructures in general and also from an international perspective.
And, above all, to examine hands-on in cooperation with the basic
service teams how the roll-out of basic services in the consortia can
function technically and organizationally.
The
interactive program will allow participants to increase the visibility
of their work, exchange insights with stakeholders from across the NFDI
and help identify opportunities for broader adoption and integration of
services.
However, the central aim of the event is to benefit cooperation between basic service teams and consortia.

The Base4NFDI User Conference (UC4B)
has become a central forum for presenting, discussing, and
operationalizing current developments in Base4NFDI-funded services,
fostering exchange on incubator projects, community integration efforts,
and strategic service topics across the NFDI. This year marks the third
edition of the conference.
The
2026 program welcomes contributions from across the NFDI and beyond.
Members of sections, working groups, consortia, Basic Service teams, and
related initiatives are invited to participate and share their ideas
and experiences as well as best practices.
